All comers trial recruiting grade 3+ to 4+ severe symptomatic MR for MitraClip vs Surgical repair (both primary and secondary MR). Neutral results, more recurrent MR for MitraClip. Subset of secondary MR had better outcomes, paving way for COAPT and Mitra FR trials
