Organized by date
Hey, I think this section would be great if it were organized by date. Alphabetical order makes some sense, but in the context of trials, I think chronological order makes the most sense. When we think about these trials, we think about these trials in time. Let's organize it by yyyy-mm-dd, but display only the year.
- But people don't generally browse articles by year. Except for history aficionados (admittedly, like us), the sort-by-date feature isn't particularly interesting. Most people want to get a broad idea of what the website offers, and grouping things by specialty and then by disease is actually probably the most useful. --Diberri 09:11, 20 March 2012 (PDT)
This usable articles section is organized by 1) specialty, 2) disease, and then 3) alphabetical. I still think it should be organized 1) specialty, 2) disease, and then 3) date. The other usable articles section is organized by name, alphabetically already. I would use the other page if i wanted to look an article alphabetically. --mlam 23:44, 08 May 2012 I think this is a great idea. Any updates?
Psychiatry and ACS
Ok, so this edit by WJCBot is hilarious. I totally know why this is happening (you might be able to figure it out once you realize that this occurred when the SADHART trial was added -- it pertains to both psychiatry and cardiology), but I'm away from my computer right now so I can't fix it. --Diberri 18:45, 6 May 2012 (PDT)
- Fixed that bug. --Diberri 09:35, 8 May 2012 (PDT)
This page would be easier to navigate if:
- There was a menu of specialties at the top that you can click to jump to the specific specialty section.
- We can also have a tab at the top which can switch between organized by "name" and organized by "date" which can mirror the functionality of the app.
For my learning, where is this page coded? Thanks! --mlam 18:33, 10 June 2012 (PDT)
