Diabetes Therapies

I vote that we include something about the diabetes treatment that was in the trial, if nothing more than "patients were randomized to insulin sensitization or supplementation (or whatever the terminology was) that is beyond the scope of this review." I go by this rule of thumb: if people need to know about it in order to understand the trial's main results, it should go in the major points; everything else gets relegated to the appropriate section underneath.
