I've thought a lot about this too, but in the end, I feel like since the title of the original paper includes the phrase "stable coronary disease", I think we should use "CAD" instead of "angina". I know it seems wrong, but I feel like the other way would be even more wrong. --Dave Iberri 21:38, 15 September 2012 (PDT)
