Glucocorticoids

Hey team, I think that the clinical question should include something about glucocorticoids being used in addition to the other treatments. Trying to figure out how to say it without being too wordy or ambiguous. Would also have to be added to the "bottom line" section too.

• Options:

1. In patients with severe ANCA-associated vasculitis, how does rituximab compare to cyclophosphamide plus glucocorticoids for induction of remission?
2. In patients with severe ANCA-associated vasculitis, how does rituximab compare to cyclophosphamide for induction of steroid-mediated remission?
3. In patients with severe ANCA-associated vasculitis, in addition to glucocorticoids, how does rituximab compare to cyclophosphamide for induction of remission?

How about:

Among patients with severe ANCA-associated vasculitis receiving glucocorticoids, how does rituximab compare to cyclophosphamide in inducing remission?

Better, but it sounds like they were already on glucocorticoids. How about:

• In patients with severe ANCA-associated vasculitis, how does rituximab compare to cyclophosphamide for induction of remission when combined with glucocorticoids?
